Job Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels.
- Manage the distribution of work orders within the Technical Support Team
- Provide Technical support machines in the factory(preferably knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of crushing machines etc).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issue
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction related to machinery operations.
- Supervise and guide maintenance technicians
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and performance metrics.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance work and maintain necessary spare parts
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned by your Superior.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is often required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with machinery are typically necessary to qualify for a technical supervisor role.
- Problem-Solving skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions, provide training, collaborate with other departments, and communicate with management.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines is important for technical supervisors.
