- Oversee day to day operations ensure building run smoothly
- Responsible of building maintenance (lights, doors, taps, painting, landscaping, housekeeping, security)
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and system breakdown maintenance
- Carry out breakdown repair works in the timely manner
- Oversee contractors/vendors works
- Ensure site safety compliance are met
skills and experience required
- O-Level / NITEC
- 2-3 years of building services technician in manufacturing plant
- Able to carry out hands on maintenance job is a must
