Primary Function
- Provide CCTV, Card access security service and support include backend systems.
- Second Level Support - Provide Solution and alternative on resolving technical issues.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide service and support for CCTV, Card access & DVR backup.
- Provide preventive maintenance support technically, method, checklist and guidance during the initial phase.
- Maintain customer satisfactory and support level.
- Ensuring backup of camera images are in order and no security risk will be compromised by the security system maintain by ADC.
- Able to apply technical knowledge, analytical and ingenuity to develop solutions for technical problems.
- Able to take ownership and responsibility of the work till job closed.
- Response to call promptly without fail.
- Implement contingency plan for contracted customer on their backend systems.
