Job Description:
- Provide technical support to internal staff and potentially external clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Configure and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate level.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
