IT Support Specialist

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to internal staff and potentially external clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate level.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
