Main Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Support executive's responsibilities include identify opportunities from market, generate leads, promote our product offering and provide excellent customer service.
Role Accountabilities:
- Have a Hunter mindset to identify opportunities from market, generate leads where this role can meet customer pursue and promote our product offering to customer thus convert leads into successful sales opportunities for the team.
- To achieve minimum number of cold calls and appointments on daily basis.
- Make presentations to decision makers, draft and deliver proposals.
- Provide support/ training/ troubleshooting for customers.
- Compiling lists of interested customers for the sales team to follow up.
- To achieve KPI set by management.
- Report any unusual activity to managers and management team.
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales department or team as needed.
- Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
Role Requirements:
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and to use judgment in helping to determine the relevant urgency of a request or task.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Proficient with Zoho CRM will be an advantage.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and professional work attitude.
