Job Description:
- Handle sales enquiries and order processing.
- Continue to strengthen the relationship with existing accounts.
- Direct customers visit/ contact and liaise/follow up with customers.
- Visit new customer and look for a new business opportunity.
- To do site troubleshooting work when required.
- Responsible for growing existing and new overseas markets.
- Work closely with regional parties involved in promoting company services.
- Cultivate and enhance long term relationship with new and existing customers.
- Provide customers with technical advice and solutions for related applications.
- Respond efficiently to customers’ technical or commercial queries and consistently meets customers’ expectation.
- Maintain a well-organized record of customer database.
- Coordinate with all team-mate in Sales and Marketing Department to achieve the targeted Sales KPI.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / ITE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent OR minimum 2 years of sales experiences in the industry.
- 2 years of sales experience in Marine shipyard or relevant will be an advantage.
- Service oriented and ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
- Customer service oriented and have a great sense of urgency.
- Site experience in marine shipyard industries preferred.
- Preferable possess own vehicle with Class 3 driving license, but not mandatory.
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salary will be commensurate based on qualification and experience.
