Are you passionate for Digital Assets and Blockchain? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Asset Lead for UBS Tokenize and APAC Region to:
- Drive our regional initiative portfolio and strategy for the APAC region as part of the Digital Assets Center of Excellence, managing and overseeing inter-linked projects based on tangible OKRs
- Responsible for defining the UBS Tokenize strategic roadmap, capability design & business architecture, delivery prioritization as defined in close collaboration with the Business Divisions
- Lead the operational development of UBS Tokenize incl. service development, innovation initiatives & products design, manage budgets, client satisfaction, internal/external stakeholder interactions
- Drive innovation through internal and external collaborations with tech firms, governmental organizations, and other financial services institutions, especially in APAC and Europe
- Be a thought leader for UBS (internal and external) on DLT / Blockchain and tokenization as well as advising the Group on tokenization initiatives
Based in Singapore, you will report to the lead of the Digital Assets CoE and be part of the team that executes on the Group’s Digital Assets priorities.
- Passionate about digital assets, distributed ledger/ blockchain and tokenization, Digital Asset/DLT certifications are an advantage
- Proven ability in leading complex, cross-divisional, global initiatives in financial services space, with a global internal and external network that can be leveraged to engage market participants, regulators and academia
- Practical experience in building digital asset / tokenization offerings; driving the design and implementation of a real strategic offering for DLT/blockchain related services and tokenization experience including a sound understanding of relevant legal frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate the divisions and functions of the Group
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of autonomy, client focused and able to manage senior management priorities simultaneously
- Strong team player, strategic and analytical thinker
- Strong communication skills, including with top management; experience with public speaking is an advantage
