Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by creating persuasive PowerPoint decks, following up with clients, and ensuring a seamless backend support process.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
  2. Assist in developing and refining sales pitch materials, ensuring they align with the company's brand and messaging.
  3. Follow up with clients post-sales meetings to gather feedback, answer queries, and provide additional information.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of information and support to the sales team.
  6. Support the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales events, webinars, and product demonstrations.
  7. Provide backend support for sales-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  2. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  4. Proficient in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales pitch materials.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Good learning attitude and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  8. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
