Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team by creating persuasive PowerPoint decks, following up with clients, and ensuring a seamless backend support process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create persuasive and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client pitches.
- Assist in developing and refining sales pitch materials, ensuring they align with the company's brand and messaging.
- Follow up with clients post-sales meetings to gather feedback, answer queries, and provide additional information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of information and support to the sales team.
- Support the sales team in coordinating and organizing sales events, webinars, and product demonstrations.
- Provide backend support for sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking internal stakeholders.
