Job Scope:
- in charge of planning daily operations - sorting of parcels/parcels distribution
- to manage a team of delivery personnels in the area assign to you
- to handle all impromptu issues during operation
- to handle customer-related issues - eg feedback/complaint
- may have to work long hours due to operations during high load days
- to lead and give on job training for all new employees
- report to Operation Manager
Eligibilty:
- past work experiences in delivery/logistics sector managing position
- knowledge of app usage
- knowlegde of computer usage for adminstrative work-related
eg MS office
- diploma/degree graduate
- capabilty of handling a team, independent, responsible
- Punctuality is very important in delivery sector.
- Time management skills needed
Working Hours:
- 6 days work week
- 830am to 6pm. ( or till operations end. )
- May have OTs during high load days
Gross Salary:
- $6000-$8000 (one year contract bond)
