Job Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for month end closing (AR, AP & GL); assist in the preparation of Management Reports on a monthly basis.
- Handle invoicing, account transactions, and monthly SOA, maintaining accuracy.
- Collaborate with company secretary, third-party agents, and professional advisors.
- Input General Journal for Provisional expenses
- Liaison with Auditor for year-end auditing
- Maintain good filing system
- Any other ad-hoc related duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least a GCE “A” Level / LCCI / Diploma or equivalent in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Some experience in stock and costing knowledge
- Training will be provided for those without relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications
- Attentive to details and accuracy
