Our client is a growing financial services institution headquartered in Europe. Due to rapid expansion, there is now a newly created role for an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Multifaceted role, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors and managing meeting room bookings.
- Handle phone calls, ensuring effective communication within the office.
- Maintaining the office's functionality by ordering necessary supplies, upkeeping tidiness, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Contributes to the onboarding process for new hires and facilitates a smooth experience for overseas visitors.
- Play a key role in office logistics by coordinating meals, assisting in special events such as outings and trainings, and contributing to office renovation projects.
- Versatile and organized approach to support various facets of the office environment
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administrative work
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Exhibits excellent time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Good written and communication skills
- Familiar with the usage of office equipment
