- Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting crews
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Provide training and guidance to ensure the team's productivity and quality of work
- Develop project schedules in coordination with project managers
- Ensure timely completion of painting projects within budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements
- Manage and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Conduct inspections to verify that work meets company standards and client specifications
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including schedules, expenses, and resources
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status, progress, and any issues
