Learning Support Executive

We are looking for a Learning Support Executive that provides administrative and operational support to the Learning and Development (L&D) department. You will assist in the development and delivery of training programs, manage administrative tasks, and support collaboration with various departments.


Job Functions

  • Assist in identifying training needs and gaps for staff across the organization
  • Support the bi-monthly management briefing with updated information on L&D activities
  • Maintain accurate records of training claims and ensure adherence to established procedures
  • Contribute to the development of the annual training plan through research and data analysis
  • Provide support in the delivery of in-house training programs, workshops, and sessions
  • Maintain awareness of current training trends and resources to recommend relevant options
  • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and updated employee training records
  • Prepare informative reports summarizing training activities for management review.
  • Attend relevant training-related meetings and briefings
  • Assist team members with training-related tasks and provide basic guidance as needed
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or training support role
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Accountable to ensure alignment on tasks assigned
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Singaporeans/PRs only
