We are looking for a Learning Support Executive that provides administrative and operational support to the Learning and Development (L&D) department. You will assist in the development and delivery of training programs, manage administrative tasks, and support collaboration with various departments.
Job Functions
- Assist in identifying training needs and gaps for staff across the organization
- Support the bi-monthly management briefing with updated information on L&D activities
- Maintain accurate records of training claims and ensure adherence to established procedures
- Contribute to the development of the annual training plan through research and data analysis
- Provide support in the delivery of in-house training programs, workshops, and sessions
- Maintain awareness of current training trends and resources to recommend relevant options
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and updated employee training records
- Prepare informative reports summarizing training activities for management review.
- Attend relevant training-related meetings and briefings
- Assist team members with training-related tasks and provide basic guidance as needed
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor or management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or training support role
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Accountable to ensure alignment on tasks assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
