Our client is from Shipping industry. They are looking for a Senior Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central.
Duties:
- Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in identifying potential new clients and opportunities for business expansion.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth. Analyze sales data to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Coordination and Logistics: Collaborate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and timely delivery of services to customers. Coordinate with shipping agents, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate the transportation process.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions. Assist in administrative tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and document filing.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Logistics or any relevant field.
- Min 5 years of sales related working experience.
