Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT administration tasks within the Singapore office and remotely for other operating centres.
- Oversee the company’s Active Directory, Intranet, Office365, Firewall, VPN, Network, and SaaS systems.
- Support and maintain IT Infrastructure through troubleshooting, patching, hardening, and upgrading tasks to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Engage with vendor teams and manage external Managed Services to facilitate support for service issues, SLA uptimes, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, security, and reporting.
- Respond to IT incidents promptly and take necessary steps to restore services.
- Manage internal hardware and software licenses, renewals, inventory, asset management, and procurement.
- Support IT and business-related projects, contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Provide comprehensive end-user IT support, including setup and deployment of workstations, software and hardware installation, and support for various systems and applications.
- Manage and report on the allocation of the IT budget.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent certification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related IT management or administrative role.
- Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Office365, office Firewall Security, server backup, and recovery solutions.
- Experience managing IT hardware and software vendors and suppliers.
- Familiarity with Windows software and technologies (e.g., SQL Server, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx).
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPN, Group Policy Management, Network Policy Server, VMware, Cisco Networking, and cloud hosting technologies (AWS, Azure, CDNs).
- General knowledge of server environments, infrastructure setup, and security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey outcomes and follow up on actions required.
