Role
- Assist HR Manager in handling day-to-day HR full spectrum
- Advise and support other departments on HR matter
- Provide support in establishing all compliance policies and framework
- Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records
- Manage employees’ information in Infotech and Million system
- Work pass application for external parties
- Payroll for external parties
- Assist on HR daily administrative activities
- Other ad-hoc HR duties
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.
- Conversant in English, both spoken & written
- Conversant in Chinese (both spoken & written) is a plus to handle Chinese clients.
- Conversant with Singapore legislation e.g. Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Must have the “Can do!” attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player and positive mindset
