Responsibilities:
• Reports directly to the Assistant Office Manager as a key member of the Administrative team.
• Tasked with managing day-to-day administrative duties crucial for office management and ensuring smooth office operations.
• Handles the preparation and processing of administrative invoices and tracks property management expenses.
• Acts as a point of contact for tenants/contractors and facilitates facility/property management.
• Tracks and keeps maintenance contracts up to date.
• Participates in organizing company activities, team-building events, and corporate functions.
• Assists in procuring office and pantry supplies.
• Sources, evaluates, and administers company transportation leasing agreements, and oversees corporate mobile phones and billing.
• Organizes utilities and cable/internet connections for management.
• Assists in arranging travel for corporate office staff as needed.
• Provides support in the absence of the Receptionist.
• Engages in all property-related projects.
• Assists in recording important meeting minutes.
• Undertakes any other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a similar field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and external parties.
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
