1 Identify, create/enhance and review activities and programmes for beneficiaries in collaboration with the other Professionals in the Home.

2 Plan, organise, coordinate, supervise and maintain records of programmes, outings and social recreational activities for the Home’s beneficiaries.

3 Attend and partake in discussion of Individual Care Plan (ICP) of beneficiaries.

4 Conduct group activities for beneficiaries including Residential and Day Care clients.

5 Administrator for the Red Feather Boutique (organisation, inventory, and maintain cleanliness) as well as coordinate, regulate and maintain records of handicraft sale.

6 Assist to maintain and update the website of The Singapore Cheshire Home.

7 Assist to manage volunteers in terms of their recruitment, placement, database, recognition/appreciation, training and supervision.

8 Compile and submit periodic reports and statistics.

9 Provide administrative support to Social Services department and assigned Committees/ Sub-Committees of the Home (e.g., taking minutes of meeting at Beneficiaries Care Committee meeting).

10 To cover the routine duties of staff in the Social Services department in his/her absence (e.g., conduct tour of Home’s facilities for visitors and volunteers, liaison and handling of donations/gifts to the Home).

11 To perform any other reasonable duties which may be required by the Head of Social Services Department / Director (Client-Services)/ Executive Director.
