- Involve in Day to Day operations, incident mgmt, compliance and audit.
- Need to raise ticket for firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Need to Support teams and users in Malaysia,Philippines, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong.
- Need to raise the tickets if Network issues.
- Need to do pre and post health check.
- Need to check all the network firewall troubleshooting.
- Read-only privilege to access network devices.
- Role involves more on review, consultation, documentation and audit.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related.
- 5+ years of exp in Networking with good exp in Routing and Firewall.
- CCNA, CCNA is good to have.
