Data Labeler (Technical & Functional)
Responsibilities
Technical:
1. Perform quality-check on the findings to ensure quality and reliability
2. Assist Data labelers to create/update rules, or playbook or a standard operating procedures to be used for the client
3. Basic understanding of technical files such as a Python file, basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis
4. Ability to function with basic operating systems such as UNIX and follow a work item based on a playbook
Functional:
1. Written, verbal and comprehension proficiency in English Language
2. Conduct repeatable analysis (“Reviews”) of data being returned by client's internal applications and categorize the findings into conclusive user-level or session-level classification record (“Label”) for the items reviewed.
3. Review the data in scope, evaluate type of data, and label it based on rules, or a playbook or a standard operating procedures as provided by the client.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 Years relevant experience.
- 1Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis to independently perform job functions.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript Object Notations, JSON-like files, manage the files and ensure integrity and consistency
- Knowledge of UNIX operating system, basic commands and APIs and settings, navigating through directories, can run command-line APIs based on an SOP
