A leading logistics and delivery company is seeking for a candidate who is passionate in customer service to join the team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle emails and calls from customers, vendors and transporters
- Support the sales and operations team to ensure smooth executive of daily activities
- Provide good customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered
- Understand customers’ problems/ reasons/ pain points and try to resolve the issue
- Process daily orders and assist operations team when required
- Assist in invoicing/ data inputting etc
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ levels and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start work immediately or soon
- Able to commit till end June 2024
- Some customer service experience is preferred
