Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and management
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in HRM/ Business Administration
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment
