This role entails delivering both pre-sales application support for LC and LCMS products. Duties include actively engaging in hands-on application development and troubleshooting, while also focusing on the effective development and enhancement of analytical methods, workflows, and application notes. Furthermore, the position involves offering technical support by comprehending analytical requirements and providing training for customers and internal sales personnel. Additionally, responsibilities encompass conducting product demonstrations to underscore the significant advantages of the products, staying informed about industry trends, contributing to product development efforts, and delivering presentations on chromatographic techniques and advanced applications during designated technological events and conferences.
skills and experience required
A Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life science field is required. Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on experience in analytical instrumentation. Additional experience in tandem mass spectrometry is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to travel within the ASEAN and South Asia region is also a must.
