Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maximo developer to join our dynamic team. As a Maximo developer at Bahwan Cybertek, You will play a crucial role in designing, developing in IBM Maximo 7.6 solutions and support that meet our clients' needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Ensure L2 tickets assigned are prioritized and delivery status is updated to client transparently on regular basis.
· Work independently with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present solution approach for application enhancements.
· Coordinate with L1 support team for troubleshooting complex application issues
· Assist in identifying and resolving Maximo-related problems
· Handle services like screen changes, data load, and configuration/programming
· Analyze and correct data errors during updates
· Follow change management process for documenting programmatic changes
· Create and maintain Maximo-related configuration, technical, and training documentation
· Work closely in a team environment
· Maintain up-to-date Maximo documentation and process workflows
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of technical skills.
- Tech Skill Requirements: Technical knowledge in Maximo 7.6 with MBO customization, Automation script (Python), JavaScript, MS SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and technical writing skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of databases (RDBMS).
- Good knowledge in Maximo Integration framework.
- Understanding of Webservice and Restful integration.
- Ability to gather requirements from customer and solutioning into the system.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies, depending on the scope of the role.
- Minimum 2 years to 5 years relevant Maximo experience.
- Experience with MaxTAF automation tool is an added advantage.
