Job Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and effective marketing materials, plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability and market share
- Drives the execution of marketing campaign/promotion including campaign objectives, campaign themes
- Development of messaging and its implementation through all internal and external channels of communication
- Analyse and size the market, research on competitor's strategies in the market and recommend marketing and promotion strategies for food offers
- Create and manage E-Marketing Library/SharePoint
- Manage the creation of marketing assets such as solution/product collateral, email offers, and other tools as needed
- Build brand reputation through channels like social media, etc.
- Create and develop branding guidelines to ensure consistency all the corporate branding/identity
- Responsible for managing marketing allocated budget
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution
- Min 3 years of Marketing experience in food service related industry
- Good working attitude, good team work player & highly self-motivated sales professional
- Excellent negotiation, communication, PR skill & customer service oriented
- Knowledge of design software (photoshop, etc.) an huge advantage
