Position Title: Executive/Senior Executive, Marketing and Student Recruitment
Contract Type: 3-Year Contract (Renewable)
Remuneration (Range): S$2,700 – S$3,800
Location: Capital College of the Arts, Management, and Technology (CCAMT), Singapore
Capital College of The Arts, Management, and Technology (CCAMT) in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Marketing and Student Recruitment. This role is central to expanding our international presence and attracting students from key regions including China, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record in international student recruitment.
About Us: Founded in 2013, CCAMT has grown to a comprehensive higher education institution offering courses across the arts, management, and technology. In 2020, we expanded our curriculum to reflect our diverse academic offerings and rebranded to our current name.
Our Programs: We offer 10 approved programs, including:
- Certificate in Foundation Studies
- Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Arts Management, Design, Digital Design, Dance, Digital Entrepreneurship and eCommerce Management, Musical Theater, Music Performance, and Visual Arts
- Advanced Diploma in Visual Arts (Photography and Digital Media)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of marketing and recruitment strategies to attract international students.
- Assist in coordinating with student recruitment agents and maintaining productive relationships.
- Participate in market research to gather insights on student recruitment trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on digital marketing efforts.
- Support collaborative initiatives with academic and administrative teams to enhance student recruitment processes.
- Help in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and recruitment activities.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or related roles, preferably in an educational context.
- Good understanding of the higher education sector and international student markets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proficient skills in using Google Workspace and Office 365.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Organizational skills and the ability to support multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluent in English; being bilingual is advantageous
- Basic analytical skills for assisting in market analysis and strategy development.
