HR Executive
Roles & responsibilities:
- To work closely with Directors in promoting a high-performance and collegial culture for the Company
- To oversee process of employee onboarding and offboarding
- To manage all HR-related work, including recruitment, screening, selection process and the application of work passes
- To administer and oversee and Company’s health benefit program
- To ensure all HR practices are in compliance with local employment law and regulations
- To provide support for payroll requirements (for the Company and its clients)
- Assist in other ad hoc task as and when required
Skills and Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource
• Diploma / Degree in related field
• Familiar with work passes application
• Has a good attitude, values hard work and is immensely results-driven
Remuneration
Up to $4,000- $5,000 (Depending on experiences) + Discretionary Bonus
