Job Descriptions:
· Conduct sales of aviation cleaning chemicals.
· Maintain and nurture relationships with principal accounts.
· Foster positive customer relationships with existing accounts.
· Manage indirect sales channels and resellers within assigned accounts.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for new account acquisition.
· Address customer inquiries and fulfil their requirements efficiently.
· Place and oversee orders with attention to timelines.
· Analyse pricing to ensure competitiveness.
· Manage inventory levels to meet demand effectively.
· Update and maintain the customer database.
· Deliver presentations during customer visits.
· Utilize Auto Count to generate sales data and management reports.
· Submit sales reports and plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
· Prepare invoices and coordinate delivery schedules.
· Coordinate with the warehouse for stock picking.
· Prepare essential export documents, such as packing lists and weight/volume calculations.
· Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Job Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma.
· Ideally have sales experience in both B2B and B2C sectors.
· Strong presentation and sales skills.
· Ability to confidently showcase the company's portfolio to customers.
