We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for our HR tech solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Sales Outreach:

  • Engage with decision-makers and HR professionals to understand their pain points and present our HR tech solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.

Relationship Building:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with overall marketing initiatives.

Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Track and report sales activities, progress, and results regularly.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the HR tech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and challenges faced by organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
