Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Leading Solo and Duet private Pilates classes.
- Planning and structuring safe, effective and enjoyable Pilates classes for each assigned client.
- Providing modifications and progressive workouts or rehab for clients with varying needs and goals
- Maintaining positive and encouraging teaching style and thus value adding class experience.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Basic opening and closing of the studio in orderly and timely manner.
- Using in-house system to check in clients and reviewing scheduled classes.
- General maintenance and care for studio equipment and cleanliness of studio.
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of human anatomy and muscles engagement
- Familiar with all Pilates apparatus
- Certified to teach all forms of Pilates (Including Cadillac, chair, barrel and reformer)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be added advantage.
- Fluent in English and a second language will be preferred.
- Reside in Singapore
Job Type: Full-time/part-time/freelance
Salary : Salary commensurate with experience
$3,500.00 - $9000.00 per month
Schedule: Flexible hours
able to work evenings, early mornings, weekends and public holidays
(highly preferred) and able to work minimum 25 hours per week will be optimal
Work Location: Holland village
We are also keen in grooming passionate certified instructors who are new to the industry and would provide necessary training and development program to ensure their competency to joining us as Lead instructors.
