Job Responsibilities:
A. Exhibition planning and promotion:
1. Based on the actual business needs of customers, in order to enhance the close cooperation with customers, plan and implement regional promotion meetings;
2. Select the exhibition according to the company's brand characteristics and customer requirements, including on-site survey of booth location, conception of booth theme, exhibition form, and arrangement of site layout;
3. Have a certain ability to predict the situation in the actual operation of the booth, and adjust and remedy various emergencies in time;
B. market channel management:
1. Grasp the insight of each channel and formulate a clear channel development strategy;
2. Cost and contract management: cost management of the market channel department, follow-up of the contract and payment of expenses;
3. Training of the sales team: for the cultivation of the standardized sales model of regional sales, the training of the dealer team on products and applications;
4. Customer development support: insight into market trends, menu upgrade suggestions and solutions;
Qualifications :
1. College degree or above, major in interior design or environmental art;
2. More than 2 years of work experience in exhibition arrangement, strong communication skills;
3. Familiar with the basic process of exhibition, understand the basic design and construction methods;
4. Proficient in AUTOCAD.PHOTOSHOP.3D.MAX, CorelDraw and other design software and understand the materials used in exhibition design;
5. Strong experience in business development and negotiation;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, deep understanding of customer needs, unique creativity and team spirit.
