Job Scope
- Reporting to Banquet Manager, assist in supervising and managing the day-to-day activities of the Banquet staff.
- Ensure Banquet events are executed in line with client's preferences and Event Order.
- Handle client feedback effectively and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
- Oversee and maintain security and proper storage of banquet inventory, equipment, and financial transactions.
- Help establish optimal supply and equipment levels.
- Ensure all tasks are performed promptly and meet the required standards of the Centre.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-event briefings for the Banquet team.
- Aid the Banquet Manager in event forecasting and requisitions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of supervising experience in Banquet operations
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (weekends/PH) depends on event schedule
