As the Outlet Manager (Spa), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and successful operation of our spa facility. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily activities, lead a team of dedicated spa professionals, maintain an optimal work environment, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while upholding the spa's reputation for exceptional service and luxurious experiences.
Responsibility
- Managing day-to-day spa operations and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Leading and training a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintaining inventory and implementing standard procedures for efficient spa functioning
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all team members are well-informed about new treatments, promotions, and other updates relevant to their roles
- Monitor guest satisfaction through surveys and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance the overall guest experience
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue and achieve set target

Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa Industry, with a preferred background in a managerial role
- A positive attitude and a high degree of initiative
