Job Description:
You'll focus on creating mechanics, scenarios and characters that contribute to deep yet accessible combat experiences for the player.
You'll be collaborating with Level Designers, Engineers, Animators and more to prototype, implement and polish all combat-related systems and content for our next flag-ship project.
Your typical duties include but are not limited to:
Player combat mechanics, weapons, and abilities.
Enemy behavior, abilities, and weapons.
Other core player systems such as camera, interaction, and traversal.
Build and refine the design over time using playtest metrics and internal/external feedback.
Job Requirement:
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Combat/Game Designer
- At least one shipped AAA title on PC/Console
- Strong hands-on scripting abilities
- Self-motivated and open-minded
- Experience with C#\UE Bluepoint\NodeGraph programming
- A strong understanding of top-down design, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and game design principles.
