- As the Executive Chef, you will be working closely with Director of Culinary to assure standards are being met in all other aspects of the commissary operation.
- You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the culinary experiences across our portfolio of 12 high-end restaurants & bars including the prestigious 2 Michelin Star Restaurant JAAN.
- Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to the culinary operations at Raffles City Convention Centre which encompasses a total of 108,000 sq ft , featuring 34 meeting rooms and 3 ballrooms.
- Overseeing stewarding operations for the entire F&B division.
- Ensuring a high quality dining experience through leadership of team and development of junior team members .
