Responsibilities:
- Assist doctor with consultations as and when required
- Perform patient financial counselling and surgery listing for patients who require surgery
- Address patient queries
- Arrange logistics with medical suppliers and other doctors
- Answer phone calls, register patients, and schedule appointments
- Settle payment and invoices for patients including insurance requirements
- Dispense medication, perform injections and venepuncture
- Keep track of medical billings and invoices
- Perform stock take of drugs and consumables once a month
- Maintain smooth running of clinic operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Valid BCLS and AED
- Pleasant personality, good attitude and able to work in fast-paced setting
- Patient-oriented
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Chinse is a plus
- Able to work 5.5 days a week. Mon to Fri, and Saturday half day
