- Work progress schedule arrangement, tracking & follow-up.
- Prepare invoices for Clients.
- Key-in purchase order to computer.
- Manage & prepare hardware stock & store.
- Liaise with the factory & installer for a materials purchase order.
- Manage worker welfare & safety.
Requirements:
- Min. GCE āNā Level/ITE/O'Level
- Min. 2 years of Admin experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers.
- Computer literacy skills.
- 5.5 working days
