Human Resources Officers are responsible for the onboarding, training, evaluation, and payroll assistance for the employees of a company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring that documents are up to date and accurate
- Create job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate job portal and company website
- Conduct interviews, and manage the entire hiring process from start to finish
- Assist with employee onboarding and conduct new employee orientations
- Coordinate and manage employee relations issues, and act as a liaison between management and employees
- Ensure compliance with all MOM employment laws and regulations
- Others Admin duties been assisgn by Manager
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any discipline in Human Resources or related field
- No of experience in human resources and training will be provided
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of MOM employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge of HR system and payroll systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
