- Assist the Operation Manager in the safe, efficient and reliable operations of the laundry plant/satellite
- To implement laundry automation systems to enhance productivity
- Conduct In-house test, Remote support and on-site testing and commissioning of laundry systems
- To troubleshoot, repair current factory automation hardware, software and interface issues, maintaining the system to ensure full functionality and reliability
- Review operational processes and frameworks to achieve continuous operation & service excellence
- Provide training for staff to facilitate ongoing excellence in timely operation delivery
- Upkeeping of 6S of the work enviroment
- Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
- Able to manage from customer service to operation aspect
- Prepare, plan and co-ordinate the maintenance activities; implement measures for improvement; submit performance reports
- Any other Ad hoc projects as requested by superior
Requirement:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 6 days work week
- Good knowledge of RFID system
- Possesses management skills
- Have a positive attitude in a fast-paced envrionment
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues, peers & subordinates
- Able to exhibit initiative, demonstrate an ability to work independently, and manifest good team-spirit qualities
- Knowledge of risk assesement/ safety guideline
