Responsibilities:
- Provide overall legal advices to the company.
- Review, compose, and execute a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
- Provide legal advices on data protection policies and procedures.
- Understanding of market developments regarding legal compliance and potential threats.
- Evaluate legal compliance and potential threats.
- Examine and assess internal policies and practices and make suggestions to improve adherence.
- Communicate with the appropriate authorities about different compliance-related matters.
- Support preparation of reports pertaining to privacy, risk management, and compliance.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting and ESG implementation guidelines.
- Coordinate all compliance and legal issues with the headquarters' legal department.
Requirements:
- Degree in Legal Studies or equivalent.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in legal and compliance, preferably with exposure in Southeast Asia countries.
- Willingness to travel with SEA countries.
