Responsibilities
- Inventory Management and Monitoring of stock movement and sell-through
- Plan and execute schedule for new products launches, with opportunities to influence trend through product development with Japan HQ
- New product ordering based on the forecast of sales and trend in local market
- Excite Customers through in-store Visual Merchandising
- Support and execution of strategies, with Operations and Marketing Team, to drive growth and brand awareness
- Analyze information on business environment and merchandising landscape, product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level, and recommend solutions
- Stay sensitive to changes in trend and competitors’ movements
- Conduct & Report weekly product sales performance, and in-depth post-launch performance review for each season
- On a regular basis, work closely with Japan and Hong Kong Teams on Merchandising and Marketing functions
- Any ad-hoc job related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business/relevant courses
- 2+ years in the Merchandising team, experience in fashion retail industry/agencies will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and team player and good working attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese, with strong presentation skills
- Microsoft skill required such as Excel, Powerpoint & Etc
- Japanese proficiency is an advantage
