The incumbent is to assists with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties which include employee requests, monthly payroll computation and processing, leave administration, training & development programme, employee relations and corporate initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform the overtime computation, payroll processing activities for company and associates
- Submit maternity, paternity, childcare leave and NS claims, Levy waiver
- Administer employees leave, attendance, welfare and benefits
- Facilitate the employee’s offboarding process
- Manage and administer medical and insurance programs
- Furnish statistics and survey related to HR matters to relevant authority and for Management review
- Maintain company organization chart current so as to provide employees up-to-date of new incumbent & changes of department’s structure
- Facilitate bi-annually performance appraisal exercise to evaluate employees’ performance
- Keep track of the timeline for course application and government related grant application to ensure successful claim reimbursement
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable with employment rights and statutory requirements (eg. Employment Act, CPF Act & etc)
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Possess sense of urgency and dedication to work and adaptation to changes
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
