Admin Assistant (Marine/Logistics)

  • Responsible for day-to-day admin duties for office management and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
  • Organise and process the payment of administrative related invoices and property management expense tracking.
  • Liaise with tenants/contractors for facility/property management.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for corporate office staff as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills to communicate with Stakeholders/external parties.
