Position: Research Engineer (Water Industry/West)(18959)
Job Description
- Water samples and membrane foulant analysis by using advanced analysis equipment, such as TOC, LC-OCD, SEM-EDX, UV, etc.
- Work with team to ensure all lab equipment calibrations and inspections are up to date
- Control, monitor, and maintain the equipment and treatment processes in on-site pilot plant
- Analysis & update experimental results
- Assist in optimization of operation treatment as well as identifying the area for improvement.
- Technical report preparation
- Work with the team to help generate relevant SOPs (standard operating procedures)
- Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory and pilot plant and be responsible for the safety and environmental compliance of the new processes.
- Work with team to source, develop and apply new treatment methods /processes /technologies
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in Chemistry / Chemical/ environmental/material Engineering or other equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, training provided as well.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
- Have enthusiasm for R&D work
