Job Responsibilities:
- To perform Account receivable and payable duties
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- To perform some general clerical/administrative duties
- Handles ad hoc assignments as and when required
- Provide general administration support to the Management
Job Requirements:
- At least " O " or " A " level, or Diploma Certificate
- At least 1 Year(s) of related working experience
- Good in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Proficient spoken and written in English & Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
- Good team player with effective collaborative,communication skill
- Technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to work under tight schedule and in a fast-paced environment
