Job Highlights

  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri) from 9am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • To perform Account receivable and payable duties
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • To perform some general clerical/administrative duties
  • Handles ad hoc assignments as and when required
  • Provide general administration support to the Management

Job Requirements:

  • At least " O " or " A " level, or Diploma Certificate
  • At least 1 Year(s) of related working experience
  • Good in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Proficient spoken and written in English & Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
  • Good team player with effective collaborative,communication skill
  • Technical, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work under tight schedule and in a fast-paced environment
