Office Admin Manager

Ascapia Capital Private Limited

- Manage the payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees

- CPF and other payroll related submission

- Process payroll applications for government rebates/reimbursement

- Maintain proper filling and documentation of all relevant documents of payroll report, leave record, payroll year report

- Apply and submitted government business grants if any

- Annual income tax filing

- ACRA filing for update and change of directors/ shareholdings

- Process MAS yearly filing

- Process annual return filing

- MOM Work Pass (EP/SPASS/LTVP) application

- Preparing documentation and reconciliation for external audit

- Maintain strict confidentiality of all associate payroll records

- Managing the recruitment and selection process

- Maintain complete and updated employee records

- Preparing letter of appointment and other personnel letter

- Handle company domain, email and website

- Ensure office is well maintained

- Attend to guests and calls

- Purchase office supplies and stationary

- Arrange courier services

- Handle expense claims and process reimbursement

- Coordinate meeting

- Ensure office in clean and organize manner

- Collecting letter and filling
