- Manage the payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees
- CPF and other payroll related submission
- Process payroll applications for government rebates/reimbursement
- Maintain proper filling and documentation of all relevant documents of payroll report, leave record, payroll year report
- Apply and submitted government business grants if any
- Annual income tax filing
- ACRA filing for update and change of directors/ shareholdings

- Preparing documentation and reconciliation for external audit
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all associate payroll records
