This position will start off as 4 months contract.
Location:

Responsibilities:
Conducting of fit & proper checks of new recruits including:
Reference checks on New Recruits
Ensure completeness of documentation for New Recruits
Liaise with Internal and External stakeholders on all matters relating to the onboarding of the new recruits
Activation of New Representative account
Checking of welcome pack for New Representative
Handling the Team RepOnboarding-SG email
Provide statistics to internal stakeholders relating to appointment of new recruits
Work closely with IT on system requirements gathering and user acceptance testing for process enhancements.
Support ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as assigned.
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
$2500-$3300
