Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that club operations are smooth and deal with situation that arises during operations.
- Manage the night operations of the clubs
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Ordering supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Ensuring all end of day cash outs are correctly completed
- Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good customer relations, and handle guest feedback promptly and efficiently
- Analyse the venues performance vs historical performance, industry standard as well as external affect
- Provide business solutions to operational matters
- Working Late Night is Required.
- Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc
Job Requirement:
- Preferably with 10 years of relevant experience
- Good communication skills and a Team player
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Always greet the guest with a warm smile at all times
- Solid verbal communication skills in Hindi & Tamil
- Willing to work long hours as per the business requirement, weekends, and holidays
- You are required to work compulsory on weekends and public holidays.
