· To support Head Chef in daily operations and work.
· Responsible for preparing consistently high-quality food.
· Prepare all mis en place as requested accordingly to the restaurants’ standards.
· Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes.
· Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items.
· Ensure strict adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices.
· Adhoc duties/projects assigned by Supervisor.
