Retail Associate
- Provide personalized and luxury customer service to all clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our brand and products
- Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and design details.
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards to enhance the shopping environment.
Boutique Operations Admin
- Generate Sales invoices
- Update Traffic Reports and KPI dashboard
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Executive to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including staffing and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
- Attend boutique’s emails and calls
- Coordinate store orders
- Manage cash claims and reimbursements
skills and experience required
- Open to work retail shifts/hours
- Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Customer service oriented - Those in the Hospitality / Customer Service sectors are welcomed!
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (for sales associate position).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
