Retail Associate

  • Provide personalized and luxury customer service to all clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our brand and products
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including materials, craftsmanship, and design details.
  • Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards to enhance the shopping environment.

Boutique Operations Admin

  • Generate Sales invoices
  • Update Traffic Reports and KPI dashboard
  • Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Operations Executive to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including staffing and scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment activities as needed.
  • Attend boutique’s emails and calls
  • Coordinate store orders
  • Manage cash claims and reimbursements

skills and experience required

  • Open to work retail shifts/hours
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Customer service oriented - Those in the Hospitality / Customer Service sectors are welcomed!
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth (for sales associate position).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
